Meet The Team - Arlene Bunting

Who am I?
Arlene Bunting, Solicitor in the Wills and Probate team.

What do I do?
I work in the Wills and Probate team in Churchers’ Fareham office, and specialise in private client work.

What can I help you with?
I advise clients on the preparation of their wills – I deal with the administration of a deceased person’s Estate and assist clients with Lasting Powers of Attorney applications. I also have previous experience in everything from immigration law to personal injury and conveyancing.

What do I like most about my job?
Helping achieve a satisfactory outcome for my clients is extremely rewarding – it is probably my favourite part of my job!

What are my hobbies?
I love to travel and explore places overseas – especially Spain! I also enjoy reading and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Why did I decide to join Churchers?
I was initially attracted the Churchers’ ethos – I liked the idea of the firm giving back to its local community and having such a deep-rooted heritage. I decided to join Churchers because I felt I had synergy with the firm, and have now been working there since April 2018.

If I didn’t decide to become a lawyer, what would I have done instead?
I qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and have spent the past 16 years working in an environment where I’m dealing with people. If I wasn’t a solicitor, I’d definitely still want to work in a job that enabled me to do that.

How can you get in touch with me?
You can get in touch with me via the Churchers website, or by calling the Fareham office on 01329 822333.
