Churchers are pleased to welcome our new trainee solicitors Eliza Watts (right) and Alys Taylor (left)

Alys graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in law and has recently completed her Legal Practice Course and Masters in law from the University of Law,  where she achieved a distinction in both. Alys has recently joined the firm beginning her two-year training contract where Alys’ initial training will start in our Wills and Probate team, working closely with Partners, John Cregan and Faye Evans. Over the next two years, Alys will gain experience across different areas of law working directly with experienced solicitors.  Alys comments, ‘I am very fortunate to be able to undertake my training contract with Churchers. I am delighted to be able to progress my career with a firm that shares my values and passion for both client satisfaction and the law.

Eliza graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in law and joined the firm in 2017 as a Junior Probate Executive working within the Wills and Probate team.  Eliza  has now taken up a training contract with us and will be commencing her training with the Family team working alongside Partner, Leesa Clemow.  Eliza comments’ I am very excited to have been offered this opportunity with Churchers, where I feel my experience with the firm has already assisted with my development, I also enjoy attending  local events in order to cement the role of Churchers within the community’.

Ian Robinson, Managing Partner comments, ‘Attracting and developing young talent is vital to the successful future of legal firms. As a growing organisation, we recognise the significance of investing in trainee solicitors. We are delighted to welcome our new trainees.’
