Faye qualified as a solicitor in 2013, joined Churchers in 2014 and was appointed Partner in 2018, becoming Head of Department for Private Client and Wealth Management in 2025. Faye deals with the full spectrum of Private Client and Wealth Management matters, with a particular emphasis on trusts and complex estates, providing a friendly service underpinned by strong technical knowledge. Faye is also regularly appointed as an independent administrator in matters where the working relationship between executors has broken down, along with being a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers.
As former Training Partner, Faye remains passionate about supporting the next generation of lawyers and has delivered a number of guest lectures at Portsmouth University Faculty of Law. She also enjoys working with charities and local groups to provide friendly and accessible information in community settings.
Faye is also a regular contributor to The Voice magazine of the Portsmouth and Pensioners Association, offering practical help and advice to the local community on a range of legal issues.
